Meet the team
Prodosec’s team have considerable experience in the implementation of innovative telecom solutions in business critical environments.
Our two founders bring complementary experiences from an equipment provider and an implementer of advanced high availability call centres:
One of Prodosec’s founders spent 14 years as a Vice President in finance,operations and general management with a leading multinational provider of telecom and networking equipment. There he gained experience in the small business telephone systems and call centre operations of the company, as well as optical networking in the UK, US and Canada.
Prior to Prodosec, our other founder was general manager of a medical devices company, and exploited advanced VoIP call centre technologies to rapidly expand the business. He has several years hands on experience with impmentation and operation of large scale complex VoIP solutions.
Since inception in 2005, Prodosec has continued to make major capital investment in the companies own datacentre equipment, located in a top colocation facility in Montreal. Our solutions use this carrier grade installation to provide our customers with the quality and availability that businesses need for their phone network 24/7/365.
Prodosec has a young bilingual development team based in Montreal, Canada.
